Education and Schools
- Perimeter Fencing: Completion of perimeter fencing for two ECDE centres to enhance safety and provide a secure learning environment for young children.
- Bursaries: Continued disbursement of ward-based bursaries.
Water, Health & Infrastructure
- Maungu–Buguta Water Project: Implemented in partnership with Kenya Red Cross, this project aims to improve water supply in the drier parts of the ward.

- Sports Development: The Governor oversaw the distribution of 500 football kits to youth across six locations within the Kasigau REDD+ Carbon Credit area. This initiative, in partnership with Wildlife Works East Africa, promotes youth talent development alongside environmental conservation.

- Kasigau Corridor REDD+ Project: In collaboration with Wildlife Works, this long-standing initiative continues to deliver community benefits, including employment opportunities, carbon credit revenue for local projects, and investments in education and healthcare.
Market & Road Improvements
- Rukanga Market: Commissioning of Rukanga Market has provided a modern and conducive trading environment, supporting local businesses and economic growth.
- Road Maintenance: Ongoing murraming and grading of feeder roads under the “Barabara Mashinani” programme are improving accessibility and connectivity across the ward.
